Souvick Singha Roy popularly known as Souvick Singh is a popular personality and also known as very influential political analyst from Coochbehar, West Bengal, India.
He was born in 28th march 1987 to Dhirendranath Singha Roy and Protima Singha Roy. He completed his Schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya Coochbehar then he did graduation in English from Coochbehar college.
The economic conditions of his family forced him to quit formal Education and he started giving tuitions to students. Later, He did many other works to support his family like selling cosmetic items on the streets and many other small jobs. Finally in 2019, he joined Master news a local news portal as chief editor. However, in 2020 he started his own news portal ‘The Rainbow’. He is quite popular with his show of interviewing Local political personalities. He is also known for his deep political analysis about International Geo politics & deep understanding about local politics. Then in 2021 he was elected as the first President of Digital Media Association of Coochbehar.
His program ” Soja prosno soja vaabe” plays an important role in creating public opinions about the local politics. He is often described as ‘King maker ‘ in the political world of Coochbehar and Alipurduar. He had done more than a 100 interviews in last 4 years.
